What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is an immersive experience guided by a professionally trained practitioner that utilizes musical instruments to allow for deep meditative practice and relaxation of the mind and body.
Sound Baths are a great tool said by many masters of their craft to have helped their creativity, expansion of ideas, and for physical maintenance. An opportunity to practice mindfulness by simply laying down and listening to the performance of the instruments.
It’s a great wellness practice to boost inspiration and efficiency in the workplace and in everyday living.

For Mad Apple’s special edition of our Sound Immersion collaboration, we will experience Eastern practice and technology meets the East coast flavor of the city with a pinch of Las Vegas. After an amazing debut season, it's time to balance the roar and mayhem of the metropolitan mad apple with the attunement of nature’s healing vibration, and the pure tones of frequency. This opportunity to practice stillness together will spark waves of inspiration and an even more empowering empire state of mind.
About the Practitioner
OMNEI.FM aka Neil Belen is a Los Angeles based Filipino American multimedia artist, visionary musician, and certified Yoga and meditation teacher. With over a decade of experience in the realm of sound and frequency, his background in FM live broadcast, recording engineering, & theater productions has led to worldwide travels and universal transmissions sharing the meditative power of music.
Neil is a Co-Founder of Dank Radio: a Black & Filipino family owned all-inclusive radio show, record label, and music community that broadcasts on PharcydeTV with support from legendary west coast Hip Hop group The Pharcyde. Dank Radio celebrates 17 years of community service, highlighting budding talent in the underground music scenes from around the world. With a growing catalog of original music releases from a variety of genres, Dank Radio is now exploring new intersections of inspiration through music and movement for creative wellbeing.
